The third dimension for the measured data is obtained by a relative movement between sensor and target. The assignment of the Y-coordinate is performed using triggers or CMM counters.
scanCONTROL 3D-View has been designed for the examination and export of these 3D data. The software enables the interactive examination of the 3D data and the export of online or offline measured data in common data formats (.asc, .stl). 3D View also allows the configuration of the scanCONTROL sensor.
- Display of profile sequence
- Offline or real-time display of 3D profiles
- Synchronisation of the travel direction (e.g. using an encoder)
- 2D export of the profile sequences (png)
- 3D export (asc, stl) for CAD programs
- Export of intensity per point or width
