Maximum resolution displacement measurement system

If the growth of grass has to be measured, the capaNCDT 6500 would only be needed for one millisecond. Because grass grows by approximately 80 picometres in this time. The documented resolution of the electronics in the laboratory is 70 picometres, i.e. 70 thousand millionths of a millimetre! This can only be achieved by a combination of well thought out components and processes. The measurement system with the highest resolution in the world is a multi-channel system with modern features. A graphical display shows important data about the selected measurement channel at any time. If the system is connected to an Ethernet network, it can be remotely controlled or data can be measured remotely. The capacitive measuring principle is considered the most precise method. It can be used to measure both metals as well as insulators.
