Workshop for the measurement with IR sensors
14-01-2009
Micro-Epsilon provides the opportunity for technology training in the area of infrared measurement technology. The training sessions take place at various locations in Germany. They are aimed both at novices as well as for advanced users. Product Specialists from Micro-Epsilon explain temperature measurement using non-contact infrared technology in small groups of participants.
The training relates in detail to:
• the laws of physics
• infrared measurement system and target
• emissivity, measuring environment
• design of infrared thermometers, new detector and optical concepts
• occurrence and avoidance of temperature measurement errors
• applications of pyrometers and infrared cameras
• product training with practical measurement exercises, handling the equipment
• programming infrared sensors
• evaluation possibilities, software, processing the measurement results
The next available date is the afternoon of February 12 in Karlsbad-Langensteinbach. The training will be performed by Mr. Udo Schwenk, South West Area Representative together with Mr. Thomas Ullrich, Sales Manager of Optris GmbH.
