Version for synchronously clocked measurement recording from multiple devices

To meet the higher demands of rolling mill control systems, clock-synchronised measurement in the inlet and outlet is necessary in order to adapt the raw signals for the determined speed difference directly to the dynamics of the system.

Master-Slave Version ASP5500-A-I-M-D-O
High-end version for the direct output of differential speeds

This version offers clock-synchronised measurement and direct calculation with two sensors to autonomously detect differential speed, for instance in drawing and stretching lines.
Due to the synchronisation, the speed difference is recorded regardless of the dynamics of the system, which involves changes in pull, as well as rapid acceleration and braking processes.
In addition, the master-slave version has an encoder input with which the differential speed to an external encoder can be recorded and output for slippage monitoring.
