Now also available as the dual-channel version IFC2412
With the IFC2412, a dual-channel version of the IFC2411 controller is now also available. The IFC2412 has two channels with an adjustable measuring rate of 8 kHz and a submicrometre resolution of up to 2 nm. The low-cost and compact controllers expand the range of applications in the semiconductor, battery and machine building sectors. This means that two-sided thickness measurements can now also be performed with just one controller.

World’s most compact confocal controller
Their extremely compact and worldwide unique design makes these controllers ideal for easy integration into existing installations and systems. Their housings are up to 300 % smaller than those of comparable controllers, and extremely lightweight: 335 g for the 1-channel version and 670 g for the 2-channel version. They can be quickly mounted on a DIN rail and fit into even the smallest control cabinets.
Simple operation via web interface
Due to a user-friendly web interface, no additional software is necessary to configure the controller and the sensors. The web interface can be accessed via Ethernet and provides set up and configuration options. For thickness measurements, materials are stored in an expandable materials database.
