The colourSENSOR CFO is a new controller for precise colour detection in industrial measurement tasks. The CFO series is characterised by high colour accuracy, modern interfaces and intuitive operation. CFS sensors with integrated fibre optics are connected to the controller, which can be adapted for different measurement tasks. The colourSENSOR CFO is used for colour detection on interior parts such as headrests, packaging inspection or sorting by colour of crown caps, closures or labels. The colourSENSOR replaces the models of the LT series.
The colourSENSOR CFO100 is ideal for, colour sorting tasks, presence monitoring, colour inspection and precise colour measurements in automation environments. High colour accuracy enables reliable recognition of the slightest colour differences. Due to the measuring rate of 10kHz, the CFO100 can also be used to monitor dynamic processes.

The colourSENSOR CFO200 is designed for high performance colour measurements. With a measuring rate of 30kHz, even dynamic high speed production processes can be monitored reliably. High repeatability enables detection of even the slightest colour differences. The increased colour memory offers teach-in of up to 320 colours in 254 colour groups.

The colourSENSOR CFO250 is a high-performance controller for precise colour recognition in industrial measurement tasks. The internal evaluation of taught-in colour values as well as the output via the digital switching outputs takes place at a speed of up to 30 kHz.
Using a simplified 3-byte protocol, the unweighted raw data can also be transmitted directly to a PLC or machine system in Lab or XYZ at up to 500 Hz via a UDP, RS232 or USB interface.
