Covid-19, Coronavirus - Our Action Plan
Considering the Coronavirus outbreak and following UK Government guidelines, Micro-Epsilon UK has introduced precautionary measures to protect its staff and customers in the challenging times ahead.
Most importantly - we are still OPEN for business and hold a large stock of many of our products. Whilst public travel IS restricted the movement of goods is NOT so deliveries are still possible.
However, the way we conduct business will have to change and we will adapt to the current circumstance. Indeed, most of our customers have already put into place restrictions on external site visitors. Therefore, we are implementing the following actions.
- UK Office: Operated by minimum staff to facilitate basic operation and maintain social distancing protocols.
- Customer Support: In most cases our products work reliably without intervention. We can support customers with remote services and dial in options where needed. A request for support can be made in the usual way by emailing email@example.com this is a monitored inbox and your enquiry will be passed to the most relevant engineer for support.
- External Sales Staff: No customer site visits until further notice. Working from home, contactable by their mobiles and usual email address. Our external team have full product demonstration capabilities at their home office and can provide demonstrations by video conferencing.
- New Enquiries: As always customers and prospective clients can contact us in the usual way by email firstname.lastname@example.org, online, or phone +44 151 355 6070. Your enquiry will be directed to the relevant person for action.
