High-performance laser scanners with high profile frequency and resolution
The scanCONTROL 30x2 and 30x0 series laser scanners are among the most powerful profile sensors in terms of size, accuracy and measuring rate. With a profile frequency of up to 10 kHz, both series are designed for precise 2D and 3D measurements in dynamic processes and deliver calibrated profile data at up to approx. 10 million points per second.
Thanks to the innovative High Dynamic Range mode, the scanners achieve precise measurement results even on challenging surfaces and are available with both red and blue lasers.

Available as PROFILE and SMART versions
The laser scanners are available in PROFILE and SMART versions. The PROFILE scanners provide calibrated profile data that can be further processed using the customer's own software. SMART scanners, on the other hand, work independently in standalone mode and evaluate the profiles directly in the sensor. The desired measurement programs are parameterized with the scanCONTROL Configuration Tools software and executed via the internal controller.
Thanks to predefined operating modes, the sensors can be optimally adapted to the respective measurement task: "High-Resolution" for maximum precision, "High Dynamic Range" for optimum profile detection on inhomogeneous or difficult surfaces and "High Speed" for the fastest possible measurements without any time offset during exposure.
