The scanCONTROL 25x0 and scanCONTROL 29x0 series laser scanners are designed for industrial series applications in production, machine building and automation. Both series combine a compact design with low weight and use an integrated controller, which reduces cabling effort and makes mechanical integration - even in confined installation spaces or on robots - much easier. The laser scanners capture, measure and evaluate geometric features such as angles, steps, gaps, distances and extreme values with high accuracy and speed.

Available as PROFILE and SMART versions
The laser scanners are available in PROFILE and SMART versions. The PROFILE scanners provide calibrated profile data that can be further processed using the customer's own software. SMART scanners, on the other hand, work independently in standalone mode and evaluate the profiles directly in the sensor. The desired measurement programs are parameterized with the scanCONTROL Configuration Tools software and executed via the internal controller.

scanCONTROL laser scanners are available in many different models and measurement areas. In addition, special hardware options are also available that offer application-specific benefits.
Configuration Tools - easy setup for scanCONTROL laser scanners
scanCONTROL Configuration Tools is a software for configuring scanCONTROL sensors on a Windows PC. The software is used to adjust all sensor settings and to display, load, save and export profiles.
